Long time no blog. I know what you're thinking...I am one lazy blogger. Maybe, but I have my reasons. I haven't been writing here so that I can write someplace else. The eighth Melvin Beederman is now "in the can" as they say, and I'm hard at work on a young adult novel entitled His Boy Elroy. Those of you who are as ancient as me will know where I got this title. For those of you who are too young to recognize the reference, my lips are sealed. Google exists for a reason...look it up.
The story involves fifteen-year old Elroy who has the major hots for—oops! I almost spilled the beans. If all goes well, I should have a draft of His Boy Elroy complete by July 15th. Hence, my nonblogging.
